Summary

The ASHA Minority Faculty Search assists communication sciences and disorders (CSD) university programs and other organizations in identifying qualified underrepresented faculty. ASHA sends an email that includes available university/organization positions to qualified candidates who have a doctoral degree. Based on a 2022 survey sent to ASHA Minority Faculty Search users, the universities/organizations found the service useful—and more than 50% of users felt that the ASHA Minority Faculty Search is a good value.
